About us
A Chennai travel company that has been doing this since 2001
Om Shakthi Travels started as a ground-handling agency for visitors touring South India. Twenty-five years later we operate across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry, with more than a hundred chauffeurs and a fleet of over a hundred vehicles that runs from the Toyota Vellfire to full-size coaches.
What hasn't changed is how we work. Our drivers speak English and are used to international guests. Fares are agreed in writing. And when your plans change at 10 p.m., someone answers the phone.

Which vehicles can I rent?
Toyota Vellfire, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, GLS and S-Class, Toyota Fortuner, Kia Carnival, Toyota Commuter, Force Urbania 16 seater, and luxury AC and Volvo coaches. All come with a driver.
How is the rental price worked out?
Cars and vans are priced on an 8-hour, 80-km package and buses on a 12-hour, 150-km package. Extra hours and kilometres are charged at fixed rates. Outstation trips are quoted on request. Toll, parking and permits are extra.
Do you offer self-drive cars?
No. Every vehicle comes with one of our trained chauffeurs or drivers.
