A coach that looks good and runs on time
Moving fifty people is a different job from moving five. It needs the right coach, a driver who can handle a large vehicle in Chennai traffic, and someone in the office who picks up the phone when plans change at the last minute. We have been doing this since 2001, first for international tour groups and now for weddings, corporates and colleges as well.
Our luxury coaches are air-conditioned, with pushback seats, curtains, LED lighting and a large luggage boot. The drivers wear uniform, speak English, and are used to working with tour managers and event coordinators.
For very large groups we combine coaches with Urbanias and luxury cars for VIPs, so everyone moves on one schedule with one point of contact.

Local hire uses the 12-hour, 150-km package above. For outstation and multi-day tours we send a written quote. Either way, tell us:
- Headcount and how much luggage the group has.
- Dates and timings, including any early-morning or late-night runs.
- Route: local use, airport transfers, or an outstation itinerary.
- Any extras, like a welcome banner, water bottles or a tour guide.
We confirm the coach and the full fare in writing, covering the driver, fuel and allowances. Toll, parking and interstate permits are at actuals, and we tell you about them up front.
